fix(icons): use valid React DOM props and trim SVG precision
- digital.tsx: stop-color -> stopColor (React camelCase SVG attr)
- Icon.tsx: drop invalid iconfont `p-id` attributes
- both: round 4+ decimal path/transform coordinates to 2 decimals
(no visible change; Icon.tsx -22%, digital.tsx -14%)
